  14. Quinoa is a grain and very high in protein. Eda Mame (soy beans) are very high in protein. Lentils, peanuts, and beans are high in protein.

  21. -Edamame is my favorite (shelled soy bean) found in the frozen section of most grocery stores and Trader Joe’s
    - beans but you must have a carb with them or your body will process it as a carb not a protien
    - peanutbutter
    -nuts
